“Writing” Posts on Facebook.

I’ve sensed the need to stop posting items about my writing activities on my personal Facebook page, and instead reserve them for my author page: https://facebook.com/lorenfenton.author. I finally got the word this evening that the corrected SEDP “Study Guide and Journal” is now live on amazon.com. I’ve ordered several “author copies” to have on hand and place in the local bookstores. I’m glad I caught the mistake before any of these went out! Thank you, Lord!

My TV Moment!

On Tuesday, November 19, 2019 I was in the studio as a guest of Pastor Roger Johnson on Blue Mt. Television’s “Valley Viewpoint” show. Roger had discovered my book Seven Essential Daily Prayers at the College Place Adventist Book Center, then called to set up an interview time. What a fun experience! Last week I ordered 15 “Author Copies” of the new SEDP Study Guide and Journal. They were delivered to my home today. Naturally, I looked them over quite carefully for any errors . . . . Yep, there’s a big one! Had to temporarily un-publish this little booklet, but making the correction wasn’t too difficult. Uploaded the corrected manuscript to KDP. It will go live after the mandatory review. Fortunately, the Guide hasn’t been up that long so didn’t have any sales to date. I suspect by tomorrow, or Monday at the latest, it will be back live online again. A costly error, but that’s the way we learn. Sigh! I should have ordered a proof copy! Oh, well. It’s done now.

I put this little bookmark together today using a new app called “BookBrush.” Super easy to use, and improving every day!
